I am looking for a vase with an adjustable neck so that you can arrange different quantities of flowers perfectly with the same vase, tighten the neck for a single rose, and loosen the neck for a bouquet. Does this invention exist?

no it doesn't, but you can do the same thing buy buying floral foam. Moisten it with water and stick it down in the vase, then you can put as few or as many flowers as you like and it will hold them in place.
