florist flowers that can't be placed in water? They are roses %26amp; cala lillies but for my wedding reception we are using platters %26amp; arranging the flowes on that...there is no way to keep the flowers in water. How can I keep them looking fresh for the 4-6 hours during the reception?

keep them as cool as possible on ice if possible and have them spritzed with water by someone every once in a while. hope this helps; enjoy your wedding
Reply:You are supposed to use the water tubes and a refrigerator. The water keeps them hydrated and the refrigerator slows down the cellular breakdown that causes wilting.
Reply:Water tubes, oasis, wiring. I'd prefer the water tubes and oasis over wiring.
